We hope and pray to be in our new house by July and my in-laws will be singing at the top of their lungs…"Free, free I'm free at last, I thank God Almighty I'm free at last!) Ha! ;)
Here is what's been happening lately…
On the days it has been warm and sunny (and not raining), we have enjoyed lots of picnics outside! This girl is a pb&j fan!
We had a curve ball thrown our way when Sydney broke her arm jumping around in a bouncy house.
This was her after two hours of crying and finally getting some pain meds at the dr.
Sweet baby in her temporary cast the next morning.
She was all smiles by Monday at the orthopedic dr.
Even back to acting like a full blown 2 year old! ;)
As you can see, she did a number on her bone!
She was brave while getting her real cast.
The cast hasn't slowed her down a bit.
She was back to normal and eating a corn dog just a couple of days later. I think the cast bothers me more than it does her.
Memorial Day was WET but still so fun!
My parents came up from Dallas to join in on the fun and celebrate Parker's birthday a little early.
Water, water everywhere!!
Once the rain stopped it was fun to get out and play in all that water!
By Sunday the sun was back out and things were drying up!
Parker and James got ready for their big camp out that night.
A campout can't be complete without smores of course!
My two cuties on daddy's four wheeler.
This girl keeps me on my toes and laughing all the time! Holy cow there is never a dull moment.
First swim of the season!!
Parker and his best buddy Noah at the kindergarten picnic!
He really had a darling little class this year.
(some of these girls aren't in his class but got in the pic, hmmm)
Boys will be boys.
The night before Parker's 6th birthday, the balloon fairy came and decorated his door!!
All smiles on his birthday AND the last day of school!
The first day of kindergarten.
The last day. I think he grew a foot!
The birthday boy in his class.
Parker and Mrs. Casey on the last day!
We will miss her next year for sure, what a gifted kindergarten teacher she is.
Celebration lunch at CFA!
He wanted to swim all afternoon on his birthday…I couldn't argue with that! ;)
See that handsome ball player on the left?
That night, on his birthday, he hit his very first grand slam!!
Then it was off to eat pizza with his buddies to celebrate his birthday.
Again…boys will be boys!
Whew, I'm tired! What a fun May it has been!!
June, here we come!! After all, it's the most wonderful time of the year!
HAPPY SUMMER!!!!!!
Poor Sydney! I feel so bad for her. And listen, when did our babies get so big and finish kinder??? I can't believe it!
